FREE LOCAL RETURNS AND EXHANGES:
Please contact us regarding instructions on how to return or exchange your merchandise locally. *Please read eligiblablity of returns below.
RETURNS:
All eligible items* must be returned or exchanged with tags within 90 days of when you received your item(s). Buyer is responsible for return shipping. After 90 days, returns or exchanges are still eligible for a merchandise credit up to 120 days.
*Ineligible items include: FINAL SALE
RETURNS BY MAIL:
First, you will need to send us an email to initiate the return. Include, your name, order number and item(s) you are returning. Then, send us the item(s) you wish to return (buyer is responsible for return shipping), and we’ll issue the refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned to your original payment method (or email you merchandise credit if past 90 days).
EXCHANGES:
First, you will need to send us an email to initiate the return. Include, your name, order number and item(s) you are exchanging. Send us the item(s) you wish to exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We’ll issue the refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned to your original payment method (or email you merchandise credit if more than 90 days past the date of delivery) once we receive the item(s). We recommend purchasing your replacement item(s) as soon as possible as quantities are limited.
VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES:
To help keep my prices low and affordable, only one promotional code can be used at time of checkout. Please contact me if there is an issue using any coupon code, I'm here to help!
MODIFYING YOUR ORDER:
We are able to modify or cancel an order within 1 hour after it has been placed. Please send an email to sales@veloraones.store immediately.
